University of York AES National Student and Careers Fair
Surround Sound and More...

The University of York Student Section is holding its first-ever National Student and Careers Fair on Saturday 19 May 2007. This free public event, themed "Surround Sound and More", includes guest speakers, a careers fair, a national student recording competition, and a national student poster competition.

The fair is aimed at college and university students at all levels, educators, and those wishing to learn more about careers and surround sound mixing and technology. In addition to guest speakers and the careers fair, there will be a national student recording competition (two categories: stereo and surround), and a national student poster competition (two categories: undergraduate and [post]graduate).
